We keep things simple, transparent, and fair.
Below, you’ll find the basics of using Plinkly.

By using Plinkly you agree to use our service responsibly.
No spam, abuse, or illegal activity.

Account & usage

Keep your sign-in details confidential and do not misuse or circumvent technical restrictions.

Intellectual property

All Plinkly trademarks, designs and source code are protected. Your content remains yours while granting us an operational license to host and display it.

Service termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if terms are violated or security is at risk.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters. We never sell your data.
Analytics are used only to improve your experience.

  • We collect only what’s necessary for performance & security.
  • No third-party ads or trackers.
  • You control your data, always.
What we collect

Account information, basic usage data, and device/browser data for security and analytics.

How we use data

To operate and improve the service, support customers, comply with law, and prevent abuse.

Your rights

You can contact us to exercise your data protection rights.

Cookies Policy

We use cookies to personalize the experience and measure performance. You can adjust your preferences at any time.

Click the “Cookie preferences” button to update your consents.

Acceptable Use

Plinkly is for real users, not bots. If you notice misuse please contact us.

Billing & Taxes

Payments may be processed by different providers. When sales are handled via Paddle as Merchant of Record, charges may appear as PADDLE.NET* and Paddle collects/remits applicable taxes. In other cases, payments may be processed through alternative providers (e.g., Stripe) with compliance handled under the chosen model.

Refund Policy

We aim for a fair, clear refund policy. When billed via Paddle (MoR), refunds are coordinated with Paddle under this policy.

First purchase refunds (14 days)

You may request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription purchase if there has been no material use.

Renewals & cancellation

Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. For recent renewals, refunds may be requested within 7 days if there has been no material use after renewal.

How to request a refund

Email support@plink.ly with your order/receipt number (may appear as PADDLE.NET* when billed via Paddle). We will review promptly and coordinate with the relevant payment provider.

Special cases

Refunds may not apply where there is heavy usage or terms violations. Documented exceptional circumstances (e.g., clear billing errors or mistaken purchase) are considered.

This policy aims for clarity and does not waive any consumer rights under applicable law.
